About Us

God Fitness Plan 4 U is based on the 5 Pillars of Health, designed to promote total health and wellness for your Mind, Body, and Spirit. The 5 Pillars are Water, Natural Foods, Exercise, Stress Management and Regular Examinations. The Holy Spirit gave me these five pillars to share with his people because many Christians are not fruitful and die prematurely and, as a result, do not complete their assigned mission while on earth.

Our Mission

To reach the world with the true gospel of the Kingdom of God.
To reach out in the effort of saving the lost and educating the saved.
To do all that we can in order to better the living conditions of the orphans, and widows wherever possible.
To work with the restoration of alcoholics, drug addicts, and homeless and to visit those who are sick or in prison.
To encourage all people to walk in unity with one another without regard to race, creed, or nationality, teaching that all are equal in the site of God.
To lead all people by example in the ways of righteousness and humanitarian love.
